The Ridings by Heronslea

Overview

The Ridings at Patchett’s Green is a development of 50 luxury family homes built and developed by Heronslea Group. Situated on a former equestrian centre, the development is surrounded by woodland and Greenbelt countryside, whilst in close proximity to Central London. The identity and subsequent marketing collateral needed to encapsulate this.

We developed a visual identity which portrayed the synergy of modern luxury with country village life by incorporating deep emerald and copper colour ways with contrasting typographic styles, delicate illustrations and aspirational imagery. The campaign was applied to various collateral from brochure and hoarding design, printed stationery, flags, signage and marketing suite interior posters and banners. Full print and production was carried out for each piece.
